Summer is around the corner! Time to get ready for that bathing suit!

Boot Camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class is designed to push you harder than you would push yourself. During the four week class, you will work hard with interval training that will allow you little rest between sets.  Be ready to work hard and reap the benefits!

Date:   April 10th - May 3rd

Days:  Tuesday & Thursday Evenings

Time:   6:30pn-7:30pm

Location: Court #3 or Outside (Weather permitting)

Cost:     2 classes per week: $80.00 - NAC Member/$96.00 NON-Member (8 classes)

              1 class per week: $40.00 - NAC Member/ $48.00 NON Member (4 classes)

$15.00 Drop in Class Rate.
