 Challenge your muscles in different ways through Fitness Fusion.  This class will target a variety of aspects of fitness like strength, balance, stability, core strength, agility, endurance and more, making your workouts more functional.

Gentle Stretch Yoga:
This class is designed to maintain and build on essential mobility, balance, and foundational strength, while honoring bodies that prefer not to be pushed too hard.

Hatha Yoga:
 Designed to increase essential mobility, balance, and foundational strength, Hatha classes feature slow stretches and focus work on proper alignment. It will introduce a more challenging variations of balance poses and deeper exploration of mobility and strength.

Kick, Jab & Tone:
 This class combines the basics of kickboxing with the motivation of music.  It adds in an ever changing element of strength and toning and will give you a work out from head to toe.

Pedal Power:
Our class is ideal for all fitness levels & experience.  The joy of pedal power is that you are in control at all times by using the resistance dial on your individual bike. You will go through a series of hills, intervals and sprints for an excellent workout.

  PiYo is a total body fitness class designed to get you into shape from head to toe.  It combines the practice of Pilates and Yoga to help build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.  

Power Flow Yoga:
This type of yoga is taught in a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.

Simply Step:
  Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results.The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.  Step aerobics moves range from simple to advanced.

Stability Ball Circuit:
Through the use of stability balls, participants will learn to work the core muscles through various customized movements while improving balance, core strength, and joint stability.

Strength & Stability:
A low impact strengthening class that focuses on toning.  With the use of weights and a stability ball, participants will improve their core strength and will overall tone the body.

Strengthening Slow Flow Yoga:
  This is  a class dedicated to building strength through repetition and shorter sequences.  The class will not only help build stronger bodies, but stronger minds that have no limits!

Step & Pump:
This class includes basic step moves as well as an aerobic interval challes that focuses on the larger muscle groups to keep you challenged & coming back for more!

STRONG by Zumba®combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Super Sculpt:
30 minutes of forever changing dynamic moves that challenges both you and your muscles while utilizing a variety of equipment.  This toning class will tighten and improve muscle appearance.

TRX Fit:
 Suspension Training that leverages gravity and your bodyweight.  Challenge yourself by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
This is a series of poses that flow smoothly into one another.  This class encourages the connection between breath & movement.
