Do you want to get in shape for a sporting event, wedding, reunion, or just for better health?  Do you want the one to one interaction instead of a group class? If you answered yes to any of these questions, a personal fitness trainer could be the right fit for you!  

Our personal fitness trainers will give you instructions on how to improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. They will first listen to you and find out what your personal fitness goals are.  They will then develop an exercise program that will tailor to your workout needs.  Our trainers will demonstrate movements, offer tips on improving form, and motivate you to continue on your journey.  They will explain to you the safety rules of exercise and how to use fitness equipment. They may also give you information on nutrition, weight control and general lifestyle changes.
