Strenght 101: Introduction to free weights. Learn proper form and muscle building exercises that will add definition in no time! Get over the intimidation factor & ramp up your metabolism to burn more calories at rest.
Circuit Sculpt: 30 Minute total body sculpt with cardio interval blasts. Come master the use of the Universal Equipment and learn the basics of strength training. A great quickie workout that covers it all!
Body Wise: A moderate cardio workout for all ages. This 30-minute class will get your heart rate up to burn lots of calories without the higher impact moves.
Total Tune Up: 30 minutes of toning & stretching exercises geared towards all of the major muscle groups of both the upper & lower body.
HardCoreStep: 45 minutes of step with use of weights for excellent cardio, strengthening, toning, & sculpting all in one! Core is always engaged & challenged while targeting specific muscle groups & burning major calories! Results will be obvious!
On Core Plus: 45 minutes of specific strengthening, toning, & sculpting. Great follow up to HardCoreStep or to take as a class all in it's own!!!
Step: 30 minutes of fun-filled step aerobics with a variety of moves that will get your motor burning! This class includes basic moves as well as more choreographed challenges focusing on variety to keep you challenged & coming back for more!
Body Toning: 30 Minutes of forever changing routines that challenge both you & your muscles utilizing a variety of equipment. These toning classes will tighten & improve muscle appearance.
Spin: Cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. Intervals of climbs & sprints make for an unpredictable ride that is challenging & fun focusing on both endurance & strength.
Boot Camp: Full hour of high energy, intense cardio workouts along with plyometric & isometric moves guaranteed to boost your energy levels & push your body to its maximum potential.
Kickboxing 01: This class is designed towards beginners ready to explore the fun kick, punch & crunch of kickboxing. This workout will improve your upper & lower body with various basic kickboxing moves.
Cardio Kickboxing: Fun & energetic class combining explosive boxing, high-powered kicking & plyometric moves that will not only get fit, but also help you gain confidence as well.
Yoga: 75 minutes for every level of fitness which focuses on the wonderful benefits of this sport, including breathing techniques, increased flexibility, strength building, toning, improving mental awareness, athletic performance, & overall health benefits. Make the mind, body, spirit connection & leave feeling revived & alive!
Intense Intervals: 55 Minutes mix of Cardio & Strength Training designed with "Intense Intervals" of heart pounding segments that burn maximum calories all while strengthening & conditioning both the cardiovascular & skeletal-muscular systems.
"NAC-PAC" Walking Group: 45-55 Minutes of hitting the trails outdoors that combine light dumbbell toning combined with cardio blast interval segments to burn extra calories. Take your workout outdoors this spring season!
Ball Blast: Build core stability & improve your balance all in one class! Traditional sculpting exercises are integrated into this stability ball workout for a fun way to tone, tighten, & improve your body shape.
