Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses that flow smoothly into one another.  This class encourages the connection between breath & movement.  


Hatha Yoga focuses on maintaining a pose for an extended length of time.  In this class, the Yogi is also guided through Pranayama, which is a breathing technique to help benefit the body & mind.


Gentle Stretch Yoga focuses on stretching while moving slowly through different Yoga poses.


Yoga 101 is for the beginner Yogi or the experienced Yogi wanting to deepen their practice.  This class will introduce you to the basics of Yoga and learning of the postures.
