The Studio

Noblesville Athletic Club is proud to introduce The Studio.  The Studio holds our brand new Yoga program.  We look forward to sharing a beautiful Yoga experience with one of our certified instructors.  We currently offer four types of Yoga classes: Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle Stretch & Beginner Yoga 101.  


 Yoga means to "unite" or "come together." It has been utilized by people for hundreds of years & continues to be one of the most sought after programs in the world.  Yoga not only puts an emphasis on the mind body connection, it burns calories & tones muscles.  Some other benefits include increased flexibility, improved circulatory & cardio health, improved sleep & energy levels, better posture, improved athletic performance, lowered levels of anxiety & depression, and better overall health.  No matter which area you would like to improve, practicing Yoga can help you reach your goals.
